Position Overview

As a Front of House Team Member, you will help create a great experience for every guest from the moment they walk in the door. This role combines front counter service, dining room upkeep, food running, beer service (18+), and overall restaurant cleanliness.

This is not just a cashier position — we are looking for team members who take pride in hospitality, teamwork, and keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take food orders
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Provide beverages, fountain cups and condiments
• Pour draft beer for guests (18+ only)
• Coordinate and organize pickup/to-go orders
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and front counter
• Bus and wipe tables quickly and efficiently
• Restock front-of-house items and supplies
• Help maintain clean bathrooms throughout the shift
• Sweep, mop, and complete cleaning duties at opening/closing
• Support teammates during busy rushes
• Help create a fun, friendly, fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Energetic! Positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
